∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a 'Product Executive', should have to maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications, and may manage a portfolio of products.
∎ Conduct demand generation activities, marketing planning and strategies to achieve set targets.
∎ Planning and designing the promotional strategies for assigned products targeting prescribers and sales objective.
∎ Redesigning products, explore new prescribers/markets to ensure sustainable growth of allocated portfolio.
∎ Developing texts and innovative ideas for packaging materials like label, foil, inner carton, etc.
∎ Field (Prescribers & Chemists) visit to get first hand market experience and input this into marketing activities.
∎ Generate various reports on sales, prescription, products' life cycle and monitor.
∎ Attend doctor & PC conferences in different locations around the country.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth supply of products, promotional materials and needful resources to use in the marketing activities and to achieve Company goal.
∎ Guide, train and motivate sales team to meet or exceed the sales performance.
∎ Assist Submission recipe, inclusion paper, stability data & annexure to DGDA for registration of new product or existent product.
∎ Take necessary steps to product renewal, annexure amendment, product specification change, pack size changes etc.
∎ A close eye on Competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
