Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in Finance & Banking preferable Commerce background from any reputed Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequent corresponding and maintain liaison with banks.
∎ To prepare invoice, packing list, and shipping documents.
∎ Export import related tasks.
∎ Import LC Opening
∎ Export documents negotiations.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers, Opening L/C, Insurance processing, dealing with C&F agents and Forwarding Agent.
∎ Preserve, maintain and deliver all sort of import documentation
∎ Maintain communication with importer through email and phone communication
∎ Follow up and provide LC to supplier within stipulated time-frame.
∎ Maintaining critical liaison with suppliers, Port authority, Shipping agent, and Bank.
∎ To supervise the progress of shipment, clearance & delivery.
∎ To handle customs.
∎ Work closely with Accounts department.
∎ Database Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Computer literacy with good communication skilled.

Salary: Negotiable
