Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute breakdown maintenance of machines and systems related to process, utility and plant facility.
∎ Prepare schedule and perform preventive maintenance on machines and systems related to process, utility and plant facility.
∎ Ensure proper operation and monitoring of utility equipment.
∎ Ensure and maintain track of proper inventory of spare parts and engineering consumables.
∎ Prepare, update and maintain engineering SOPs, drawings, history files and other technical document.
∎ Participate in installation, commissioning, qualification & validation of machineries and equipments as per standard.
∎ Prepare qualification, validation and calibration protocols. Perform the activity and prepare reports.
∎ Participate in engineering project related activities.
∎ Participate in internal audit program.
∎ Ensuring the compliance with the requirements of Good Engineering Practice.
∎ Any other activity assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of maintenance, qualification and calibration related devices and software.
∎ AutoCAD 2D
∎ Computer literacy related to engineering activities.
∎ Strong personal & professional ethical values are essential for the position.
