Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (M.Sc) in Applied Chemistry , Chemistry, Environmental Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing environmental management plan;
∎ Implementing company safety rules, regulations and standard operating procedures for EMS and OHSAS
∎ Swan Nordic Eco Label.
∎ Identifying workplace hazard & conduct risk assessment and job safety analysis of all areas, functions & services.
∎ Training employees on EMS and health safety;
∎ Monitoring energy, water and waste management system;
∎ Ensuring safe chemical handling, storage.
∎ Ensuring local SDS, GHG label and secondary containment.
∎ Ensuring proper waste segregation and management.
∎ Setting waste reduction plan and tracking;
∎ Implementing HIGG index-environment module;
∎ Ensuring performance data upload (environment part) regularly;
∎ Setting and monitoring KPI.
∎ Water parameter check by internal lab such as PH, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, TSS, Etc.
∎ Water parameter check by outside lab such as Bureau VERITAS, ITS, DOE.
∎ Analysis for water quality improvement and assure the compliance and safety requirements according to Audit and DOE.
∎ To conduct environment impact assessment (EIA) and implement environmental management plan (EMP).
∎ Those who are working for H & M, Inditex GTW 2.1, Primark, C &A, Esprit supplier are encouraged.
∎ Coordinating all internal & external environment projects.
∎ Coordinating all external & internal environmental audits.
∎ Organizing different environmental events.
∎ Reporting of all types of environmental and chemical issues.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
∎ Any other relate job(s) as assign by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced in ETP & Environment Compliance;
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office package;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard under pressure;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
∎ Self-propelled & proactive;
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills;
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken)
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
