Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quick respond to customer enquiry with quality communication over email and live chat
∎ Effectively manage large amount of emails
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive email communication
∎ Understand customer requirements and expectations for service
∎ Update job status with notes i.e., clear instruction, actual quantity and turnaround time
∎ Reply the 'Live Chat' maintaining the 'Live Chat' Policies & guidelines
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate/s should have minimum 1-2 years' experience in customer service. Experience in handling international customers via telephone, email and live chat will be given preference. Student who are studying in English are also encourage to apply.
∎ Must have interest to work at night shift
∎ Excellent command in English writing and speaking
∎ Excellent time management skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Excellent keyboard skills

Salary: Negotiable
