∎ BBA / MBA with reputed University
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel) & English Language proficiency.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring customer service through proper and right communication.
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Input order & communicate with customer
∎ Updating information in the system.
∎ Data Entry
∎ Proper reporting of activity

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Positive mind set to go the extra mile.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service,
∎ Should have good computer knowledge over ERP Software,MS word, MS Excel & other related office programs.
∎ Having good communication skill in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and can meet the challenges.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefit as per company policy.
