Job Responsibilities:
∎ Quick respond to customer inquiry with quality communication over live chat.
∎ Effectively manage large amount of Facebook message.
∎ Understand customer requirements and expectations for service.
∎ Provide customer service over the phone (inbound & outbound calls) and social media.
∎ Understand customer requirements and provide informative solution by ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Receive customer orders and process to delivery.
∎ Provide after sales services & follow up on customer orders.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years

∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
