Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and manage customer relationship activities and ensure their satisfaction at an optimum level
∎ Build and maintain profitable and sustainable relationships with key clients
∎ Understand key clients' individual needs and coordinate to implement as appropriate
∎ Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the existing client relationship team
∎ Liaise with the design, construction, and structural team to implement the requirements of the clients
∎ Coordinate with the concerned department to modify drawing of the project as per the preference of the clients
∎ Meet credit collection targets on monthly and yearly basis as planned
∎ Remind customers and issue letters for irregular payments and dues
∎ Maintain monthly recovery report regarding irregular/long pending clients
