∎ 5 to 7 years’ working experience in the relevant fields. The applicants should have experience in the Hospital/Diagnostics business area(s)
∎ Proficient in operating MS word, Ms Excel & Power point
∎ Comprehensive understanding of healthcare policy
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with the public and to remain calm under stress.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage a team of billing specialist & customer care management, providing guidance and support training as needed
∎ Review and analyze billing data, due collection, and reports to identify any discrepancies, taking appropriate action to resolve them.
∎ Monitor patient appointments and shares necessary information’s to the CRO’S and others department as required, Guide the patients regarding investigation, medication & follow-up visit
∎ Greet all guests with appropriate manners & curtsey and arrange pre-consultation requirements as necessary. Ensure effective and smooth co-ordination between consultant and the outpatient (with /without appointment, follow up, etc.)
∎ Maintain and update billing records, ensuring compliance with company policies, Liaison with other department/staff to ensure required support of the corporate and general customers
