∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Purchase/ Procurement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare purchase order/ work order, bill and others for the smooth operation of department.
∎ Responsible for sourcing and procurement of goods.
∎ Negotiation with parties regarding best pricing and best quality.
∎ Collect quotations from various parties and prepare comparative statement of quotation.
∎ To maintain other documentation related to procurement of goods.
∎ To prepare /Issue purchase order and strong follow up with the Supplier for on time delivery of goods.
∎ To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Liaison with finance & accounts department for timely payment of bills
∎ Prepare relevant documents to open L/C by ensuring competitive price as per comparative statement
∎ Effective management of vendor enlistment and maintain database
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Operational knowledge of software
∎ Operational knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & others windows application software.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills both English & Bengali.
Salary: Negotiable
