Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate outbound calls to provide products and services information to the customers.
∎ Motivate the clients and maintain a good relationship with them.
∎ Receive inbound calls and handles customer inquiries over the phone.
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Enter new customer's information into the system.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients using software
∎ Monthly/weekly analytical report to the management
