∎ The job demands candidates patience and very well mannered while speaking with customer over the telephone to provide customer support, drive sells, and develop customer satisfaction.
∎ The applicant should have excellent speaking power with clarity, maturity and persuasive behavior in convincing customer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of handling inbound/outbound calls continuously.
∎ Telesales
∎ Capable of handling customer queries/complaints instantly.
∎ Excellent negotiation skill and drive for extra sales .
∎ Handling critical calls with care and give proper solution as per company policy.
∎ Follow-up existing customers from time to time.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Training/Trade Course: Call Center, Customer Care
∎ Skills Required: customer care management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call Center work experience will get preference.
