Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making inbound/outbound/telemarketing and survey calls
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and customers
∎ Assist with other projects within the department as needed
∎ Call and pitch micro-insurance products to potential customers
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
∎ Update customer information on database after every call
∎ Ensuring highest quality of individual sales
∎ Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately
∎ Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude
∎ Ensuring overall team performance
∎ Meet & exceed individual sales quota provided by Team Leader.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
