Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate, process, follow up and document all kinds of purchase and procurement.
∎ Ensure repair and maintenance of office equipment, fittings & fixtures, appliances etc.
∎ Maintenance of all office furniture & fixtures and ensure hygiene & cleaning maintenance.
∎ Monitor transport services and ensuring all kind of repair & maintenance fuel, Reg. Fitness etc.
∎ Maintain files of all Contracts, Agreements and Deeds etc.
∎ Support in legal issue and liaison with different Govt. organizations.
∎ Monitor support staff (driver, cleaner, cook and office assistant) by managing day to day tasks.
∎ Any other Administrative related jobs that may assign by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Vendor Management.
∎ Excellent skill in MS Office.
∎ Typing skill both Bangla and English.
