Candidates with strong practical experience, proven results, and a good portfolio may also apply regardless of academic background.
Candidates with less academic qualification but strong proven results and a portfolio may also be considered.
Experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing Agencies, or other Online businesses will get preference.
Good writing skill both in Bangla and English.
Responsibilities & Context:
Strong knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ads.
Good understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, SEO tools, Meta Ads, TikTok and social media analytics.
Strong understanding of organic social media growth, content strategy, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of SEO, backlink building, link-building strategies, keyword research.
Ability to develop and execute strategies to improve social media reach, engagement, followers, website traffic, search rankings.
Experience identifying trends, analyzing competitors, and finding new growth opportunities.
Ability to create content plans, content calendars, captions, hooks, headlines, and CTAs.
Understanding of Reels, Shorts, TikTok videos, video content, and visual storytelling.
Ability to coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content teams and provide clear content requirements.
Ability to monitor and report KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, reach, engagement, follower growth, inquiries, and leads.
Good command of English and Bangla.
Proactive, creative, organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
