Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge about the technical terms of passenger cars.
∎ Able to identify spare parts and their exact location in the vehicle.
∎ Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments.
∎ Able to Cataloguing customers concerns and comments.
∎ Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
∎ Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology.
∎ Can raise job card individually without assistance and able to use designated software.
∎ Explaining repairs to customers.
∎ Able to test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs.
∎ Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs and communicating with customers for getting approval.
∎ Handling customer complaints.
∎ Able to process warranty claim.
∎ Be proactive and able to handle the complex case or scenario of repeat job.
∎ Can oversee production activities and liaise with customers for taking approval of revised estimated job.
∎ Should have good patience in listening and confirming the customer expectation while delivering the vehicle and ensuring the repair is properly completed.Post service follows up in order to achieve the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should Have Driving License.
Salary: Negotiable
