Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively utilize OEE calculating, Line efficiency, line balancing, self-Sequential Report
∎ Monitor processes in refrigerator manufacturing like, cabinet & Door PU Foaming Machine, Foaming Density Quality Check, Handled all polyurethane foaming related process parameters
∎ Foaming M/C adjusting, Mold Changing & Maintenance Related work oversee
∎ Cyclopentane & Polyol premix Unit calibrating, Pouring Quantity/pressure/temperature Checking
∎ Process line balancing and cycle time reduction
∎ Foaming related all chemical mixture ratio checking
∎ Understating about C5

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on wet/dry part of production, C5
