Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare invoices, oversee and coordinate the daily distribution of goods, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in full compliance with customer orders and schedules
∎ Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency, considering factors such as traffic, delivery locations and vehicle capacity to minimize costs and delays
∎ Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, maintain records of goods in transit and monitor stock levels at distribution centers to prevent shortage or overstocking
∎ Track and report on the performance of distribution operations including delivery times, accuracy and customer satisfaction making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency
∎ Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers and transport partners, ensuring they meet performance standards and delivery timelines
∎ Address and resolve distribution related issues such as delays, stock discrepancies or transportation challenges, providing quick solutions to maintain smooth operations

∎ We are looking for an Executive/ Senior Executive to our Warehouse & Distribution Department for immediate appointment who is experienced, self-motivated and hardworking.
