∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with Shipper for the HBL Draft correction, confirmation.
∎ Shipping advice update to shipper.
∎ Original HBL Preparation & release to delivery desk
∎ Communication to carrier for MBL Preparation, SI Submission, Surrender & other relevant job to complete job file.
∎ Communication to CFS Operation for the stuffing report, TR, and amendment report if any discrepancy.
∎ VGM Submission.
∎ Update AMS, ISF data to concern party.
∎ Data Management though Online system (SOL)
∎ Shipping advice, Pre-alert update to Agent.
∎ Local/overseas invoice, cost voucher update in SOL system.
∎ HBL Log update and Daily job report to HOD through web link.
∎ Other assigned job as & when required by Team Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Well groomed personnel with full of enthusiasm having excellent communication skill & aggressiveness to become successful professional
∎ Should be IT savvy
∎ Ability to work under pressure
