Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.
∎ 2. Maintain liaison with all supplier to get on-time PI.
∎ 3. Handle import operations (L/C, insurance, freight forwarding and C&F).
∎ 4. Assist to prepare quotation reports, draft contracts, terms and pricing agreements.
∎ 5. Keep liaison with Bank, shipping companies, C&F agent and factories.
∎ 6. Ensure the release of all relevant documents from bank before berthing the container.
∎ 7. Ensure the quality of raw materials delivered to factory to maintain the quality of the end product.
∎ 8. Select & negotiate with vendors on the basic of offering price for foreign purchase.
