∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To File a case, FIR, or GD on behalf of the company against any defaulter.
∎ Liaison with the Police/ law enforcing agency, Advocate and internal department's Head for filing case GD, FIR etc.
∎ To file CR, Money suitcase to the competent court as a plaintiff.
∎ To Keep updated reports of the Company's FIR, GD, CR, Money suit or any other cases.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by reporting/ Senior Officer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ex-police officers, Minimum Sub-inspectors, will get priority.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
