Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Master Degree from any reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the CEO, help him to manage and priorities his valuable time.
∎ To be responsible for day to day operations of Prito Reza/ CEO.
∎ To supervise working schedule and working support in absence of CEO.
∎ Prepare and coordinate all program schedules.
∎ To be responsible for all types of official/ business correspondence
∎ Attend incoming and outgoing queries, initiate action plan considering business environment and follow-up.
∎ Arrange and coordinate business meeting/ conference/workshop inside and outside office/town.
∎ Manage and maintain the CEO's Official diary, email and other social media official account.
∎ Conduct weekly diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests and follow the direction accordingly.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes, agenda, drafting and management of formal and informal correspondence with relevant bodies.
∎ Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details for any campaign/project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in brand communication, brand promotion, social media, creative writing will get priority.
∎ Capable to plan, develop and direct marketing effort will get priority.
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s), Fresher's can apply
