∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Protocol, Board Secretary, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Personal Secretary
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide a high level of executive administrative support to the Chairman & Directors
∎ To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the Chairman's meeting and any other relevant meetings.
∎ Compile different reports, summarize and submit to Chairman as per requirement.
∎ Coordinate to travel service management including visa documentation processing, airline ticketing, hotel accommodation, Transport etc.
∎ Apply appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required supporting documentation (i.e. reports, presentations, invoices).
∎ Correspondence/communications, tables, charts, files, etc. video Conferencing etc.
∎ Schedule and organize frequent events and meetings, including preparation and co-ordination by booking the facility, pre-mail, arranging required equipment, refreshments, etc., as required.
∎ Arrange frequent travel and accommodations as required.
∎ Maintain proficiency with software applications/programs and/or department specific systems as required (i.e. MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
∎ Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or re-direct to the appropriate person/area.
∎ Efficiently manage expectations/concerns through strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Take initiative to identify and recommend improvements in own job function, research and/or investigate issues requiring resolution to execute on assigned tasks.
∎ Be an effective resource and flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities of the executive.
∎ Participate fully as a member of a team supporting the executive and contribute to a positive work environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ A minimum of 15+ years of responsible administrative support in a dynamic fast-paced environment including customer service, Microsoft Office and organizational skills
∎ Preferred Experience in RMG, financial services, or other related business
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Should have cross-functional working skills.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure
