Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/B.Sc in Marketing/Sales/ CSE/ Relevant field (CSE is preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP Sales, Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales, Point of sales (pos), Sales Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products), Software Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the ERP software offered by the company.
∎ Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets
∎ Generating direct customer meetings through different sources
∎ Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
∎ Forecasting and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume
∎ Identifying new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
∎ Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately and report to the supervisor
∎ Negotiate price for the sale.
∎ Construct sales pitches and presentations.
∎ Travel to areas where needs are projected.
∎ Stay abreast of market trends.
∎ Assist with the company helpline.
∎ Serve as a customer service representative for customers who have questions or difficulties.
∎ Demonstrate product features before a sale.
∎ Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
∎ Negotiate a commercial agreement.
∎ Help customers maximize the use of software features.
∎ Advise on appropriate user training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience in ERP sales/MRO (Medical Representative Officer).
Salary: Negotiable
