Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/Bachelors in Business Management/Marketing from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Online GSA Cargo Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Freight forwarding, GSA, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely response to customer/agent/freight forwarder queries for cargo upliftment.
∎ Coordinate with department In-charge and Sales team to make cargo reservations in Cargo System (CHORUS) and provide all necessary operational support.
∎ Assist department in making occasional sales calls to increase customer base and enhance sales volumes that helps in achieving monthly tonnage and revenue targets.
∎ Make regular responses to email enquiries, which includes, but not limited to cargo tracking and updates, outbound/inbound status, sales statements to agents/freight forwarders, etc. as required.
∎ Provide necessary information and updates to agent on space booking. Monitor and ensure updates to all approvals, necessary documents in system.
∎ Provide timely pre-alerts to airlines.
∎ Prepare daily sales reports, weekly upliftment reports and rate notifications with accuracy for reporting to In-charge, agents, principal office and accounts department.
∎ Promote a positive relationship with the airlines by ensuring excellent, timely and proactive customer service.
∎ Forward any ad-hoc requests to Department In-charge as required.
∎ Follow up on all booking requests and reservations and flight plans.
∎ Maintain timely communication and liaison with TG Principal office to enable smooth operations.
∎ Provide cross-departmental support if required in any colleague's absence.
∎ Ensure adequate documentation and reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of relevant experience in online GSA Cargo Reservations and Customer Services.
∎ Possess hands-on experience in booking cargo freight through specialized cargo software; working with local and foreign clients/counterparts and cross-functional teams.
∎ Experience in recurring correspondence, liaison with foreign agents/airlines
∎ Possess up-market standards of proficiency in Business Communication and English.
∎ Proficient in computer applications; eg. Microsoft Excel, Word, International GSA systems, etc.
