Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To study Project brief, understand regulatory requirements and Product development plan.
∎ Responsible for conducting studies in various steps of formulation development like literature survey, evaluating of innovators product characteristics and plan for required tooling, compatibility studies, formula designing, formula & process optimization, Stability evaluation and Scale-up studies.
∎ Conduct studies/ development activities on projects in a safe, efficient and professional manner under direction of reporting scientist, according to cGMP guidelines.
∎ Responsible for preparation of protocols, SOPs, stability protocols, detailed technical reports of the studies and periodic project status reports of completed and on-going projects.
∎ Providing tentative specifications of finished product to AD documentation cell at the time of project start and finalizing the specifications based on development studies in consultation with analytical and regulatory teams.
∎ To ensure on time recording of development trials data in laboratory note book (LNB) and compliance as per standard procedures.
∎ Up-gradation of formulation and processing knowledge and techniques in view of product quality improvement to comply with the regulatory/ marketing requirements.
∎ Plan, execute, perform and complete assigned responsibilities within the set time frame, Ensure compliance to cGMP requirements, instruments calibration, personnel hygiene and housekeeping practices in the department.
