∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sourcing, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Follow up bulk order accessories.
∎ 02. Communicate with supplier to ensure in-house the goods in time.
∎ 03. Place Bulk booking/work order to supplier.
∎ 04. Sample Development
∎ 05. Goods in house follow up time to time and further communication with supplier for any discrepancy.
∎ 06. Ensure accessories quality and inventory after in-house the goods.
∎ 07. Collect documents from supplier and sent to commercial department for EPZ and foreign item.
∎ 08. After LC opening need to follow up UD and documents need to send to C&F through commercial dept.
∎ 09. Prepare supplier payment forwarding and send to H/O for LC+FDD+TT+ Cheque and communicate with costing, commercial, Accounts dept to execute supplier payment.
∎ 10. Working with Merchandiser for time to time in house the Accessories.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
