∎ B. Pharm & M. Pharm from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring Company's products comply with the regulations of the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA), DLS and other Regulatory body of Bangladesh.
∎ Preparing submission of license variations and renewals to strict deadline.
∎ Preparing submission of new product registration and registration renewal as well.
∎ Monitoring and setting timelines for license variations and renewal approval.
∎ Undertaking and managing regulatory inspection.
∎ Assisting with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, such as new drug applications, supplements, and variations.
∎ Reviewing and evaluating product labeling, packaging, and promotional materials for compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, and communicating any changes to the appropriate stakeholders.
∎ Tracking and maintaining regulatory documentation, such as regulatory submissions, correspondence, and approvals.
∎ Collaborating with regulatory authorities and industry associations to stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices.
∎ Additional duties as assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
