Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from renowned University (Preferably from any public university).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QC & Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assuring quality of construction works and materials.
∎ Helping project engineers & site supervisors to attain quality project & quality works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as quality assurance engineer in any reputed real estate company.
∎ At least 02 years experience required for Graduate Engineer or 4 years experience required for Diploma Engineer.
∎ Experience of high rise projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, specially with project engineers.
∎ Clear perception about quality of construction works.
Salary: Negotiable
