Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Laboratory Technology /MSC in Microbiology / MSC in Bio-Technology from a reputed University/ Institute;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing various Manuals, Sop's, Logs, forms and formats and other department relates documents.
∎ Responsible for conducting training on various topics.
∎ Responsible for conducting safety rounds across laboratory on daily basis.
∎ Responsible for conducting internal Audit as per ISO 15189-2012 & as per Bangladesh Accredited Board.
∎ The candidate should have good knowledge on Daily Internal Quality controls, EQAS, CAPA, LJ charts etc
∎ The candidate should have good and basic knowledge on MS Word, Excel sheet and PPT and writing emails.
∎ Ensure compliance across all the sections.
∎ Ensure compilation of RCA & CAPA on regular basis
∎ To work in different shifts assigned by the department Head.
∎ Ready to work cross functionally as and when required by the department head.
∎ The candidate should have basic knowledge on Accreditation of Laboratory as per ISO 15189
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The ideal candidate minimum 2 (two) years of practical and relevant experience
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability
