Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop analytical methods for products of various dosage forms.
∎ To conduct stability study of new formulations and reformulated products.
∎ To conduct analytical method validation & prepare analytical reports
∎ To perform documentation activities in compliance of International Regulatory Requirements.
∎ To Review of raw material related documentation and release of raw materials;
∎ To Provide quality support for the development of appropriate CAPA (s);
∎ To Prepare SOP’s
∎ To Review and approve QA controlled documentation (SOP’s, batch records, working instructions);
∎ To Assess change requests on consistency, relevance, GMP compliance and clarity;
∎ To Review and preparation of batch release documentation;
∎ To Prepare and review of specifications, test methods, Standard Operating To Procedure (SOP) and other documents of Quality Control Laboratory
∎ To Handle of QIR, OOS, Deviation and Change Control related to QC activities
∎ To Organize and monitor analytical activities of raw materials, packing materials and finished products and to ensure quality of product by implementing different regulatory guidelines
∎ To Source/Vendor Approval of all Raw Materials related to new source and alternative source development
∎ To Organize and supervise analytical method validation and cleaning validation activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Candidate should be sincere, honest, punctual and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
∎ Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali
