Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.
∎ Tracking order and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Supporting the local sourcing, price negotiation, price finalization, and issuance of purchase order.
∎ Procuring right products within the given time period and ensuring timely delivery at right place as per the requisition.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the other departments to follow up the requisition and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Ensuring the quality of the goods and materials purchased from the vendors.
∎ Collecting delivery Challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
∎ Collecting invoices from various suppliers.
∎ Checking invoices and getting approval from the Management.
∎ Forwarding all invoices to Accounts and Finance Department along with delivery Challan / approved requisition, comparative statement (CS) and other relevant documents (if any).
∎ Sending the invoices to Accounts and Finance department for payments.
∎ Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.
∎ Maintain records of purchase, pricing, and other important data.
∎ Review and analyze vendors/suppliers, supply and price options.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
