Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect quotation from various vendors and suppliers.
∎ He will be responsible for sourcing, procurement accessories.
∎ To prepare/ Issue purchase order and strong follow up with the supplier for on time delivery of goods.
∎ To maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Create, develop and manage new vendor relationships.
∎ Based on requisition collect quotation / offer from vendor (local), do initial negotiation, prepare comparison statement, prepare presentation for management Approval.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Purchase Consultant, E-commerce,
∎ Must possess good IT skills and be well conversant with Automated Accounting/ Finance System; Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Salary: Negotiable
