Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Should have working experience and adequate knowledge in AutoCAD drawings, MS Word, MS Excel, Power point presentation etc.
∎ Good presentation and communication skill.
∎ Enthusiastic and proactive in nature.
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
∎ Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
∎ Preparing of BOQ
∎ Organising, attending, and participating in meetings.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
∎ Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
∎ Ensuring project deadlines are met.
∎ Preparing Electrical/Mechanical Design.
∎ Generate Project Master Plan & Monthly Work Plan.
∎ Any other relevant official work.
