Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize daily activities of manufacturing and packaging of solid, liquid, cream- ointment, sterile, hormone and LVP products according to monthly production schedule
∎ Manufacturing pharmaceutical product as per BMR/BPR/SOP.
∎ Maintain & ensure the practices of relevant CGMP, SOP and documentation
∎ Reduce product cycle time, improve the productivity, reduce the product complain, and reduce the cost of production.
∎ Ensure timely completion of product process as per plan.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective documentations of all batch production and packaging records
∎ Monitor and control the operators for standardization of production activity to achieve better productivity and quality
∎ Ensure Facility and Equipment upkeep, calibration and discipline on time.
∎ Ensure EHS and GMP compliances in all production area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Candidate should be sincere, honest, punctual
∎ Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali
∎ well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
∎ Quick decision making capability
∎ Proactive
