Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To work on timely production related work allocation to the related stakeholders.
∎ To monitor production works properly and utilize the maximum manhour.
∎ Work on minization of process loss and ensure optimum yield of finished products
∎ Follow up the QA/QC department associated tasks for releasing finished products, raw and packing materials.
∎ To prepare and check WIP (Work In Process) reports.
∎ Ensure timely evaluation of Batch Manufacturing and Packaging Record(s) as well as required Inputs in ERP Module.
∎ Work on productivity matrix for production systems.
∎ Check and report on RM/PM Status and work on shortfall required for the production.
