Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm / M.Sc in Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry from any reputed University
∎ Training/Trade Course: GMP
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure , Creative in thoughts, Good knowledge on computer (MS Office, Pharmaceuticals Product Development, Self motivated

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): analytical method, Drug Rules Regulations, Formulation Development, Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaceuticals Product Manufacturing Process, Product Development, Product Development (Formulation), Product formulation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform formulation and process development activities of drug products of all dosage form based on quality by Design.
∎ Preparing product recipe and registration documents for submission to Drug Administration Authorities.
∎ To carry out process validation of all types of dosage form.
∎ To successfully conduct of all types local regulatory and export audits.
∎ Reformulation of existing products to improve, the quality of the products.
∎ Initiating the initial feasibility study followed by pre-formulation.
∎ Identifying and quantity raw and packaging materials for new products and rising requisition for the trial and pilot batch quantity from the warehouse.
∎ Manufacturing Lab and Pilot batches after preparation of Manufacturing Record and checking in process quality control parameters.
∎ To prepare the stability schedule & monitor stability samples (lab batches and validation batch); keep them in the stability chamber for further functions and prepare a summary report of stability, stability protocol, and summary datasheet.
∎ Preparing new BMR & BPR, product Data Sheet etc.
∎ Submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage.
∎ Manage the product creation process from design handoff to production approval.
∎ Perform any other assignment provided by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in product development within the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of the drug development process, including formulation development, analytical methods, and manufacturing processes.
