Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To search and procure all materials related to the production of all products manufactured by the company from suppliers and manufacturers located within the country.
∎ To search and procure all machines and parts needed to manufacture the products of the company from suppliers and manufacturers located within the country.
∎ Manage procurement of all other items needed for the company. Plan all procurement with liaison with the factory of the company to keep uninterrupted production of all products.
∎ Achieve the highest efficiency in cost-saving and investment management in all procurement. Record keeping of all procurement-related data and analyze those data to make useful reports to aid in decision making by related personals.
∎ Developing strategic plans by self or with corporate management for smooth supply chain management. Liaison with accounts for payment management of vendors. Liaison with appropriate departments and colleagues to ensure accurate data entry corporate software.
