∎ Masters in Commerce Background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Looking For: Executive Procurement & Store, Life Care Medical Center.
∎ Candidates who have experience of leading the Diagnostics Center store management will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain accurate Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking as per the procedure.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch/ proper deliveries.
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Develop and maintain software based system for materials delivering to the specific floor as per plan.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly and yearly statements of store.
∎ To maintain total By Product Sales.
∎ To check all voucher and requisition daily.
∎ Maintain total store and inventory management.
∎ Responsible for security and cleanliness of the store.
∎ Sourcing & procurement of all materials as per requirements and guideline of the Company.
∎ Able to work under pressure & long time and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Applicant must be honest, sincere, and hardworking & respect to the work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Store Keeper/ Executive, Store management, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Medical College, Hospital, Diagnostics Center.
∎ Modern Store Management Knowledge is required.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Store system
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department and external suppliers.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)
