Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Monitor daily stock, analysis, find out abnormality and take necessary step for stock recovery.
∎ · Sourcing and planning of raw materials, packing material & required consumable items.
∎ · Find the suitable suppliers of raw materials, packing material & required consumable items.
∎ · Regular corresponding with the materials suppliers about the quality feedback and development.
∎ · Coordinate production and planning department and follow up raw material stock based on the requirements and maintain reorder point of each item ensuring stock of supplies at an optimum level.
∎ · Prepare a budgetary report for material purchase and make monthly report for management.
∎ · Maintaining proper communication with all stakeholders including supplier.
∎ · Inventory analysis & planning including budgeting of purchase functions. Develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts.
∎ · Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on procurement operations and ensure executions of such SOP.
∎ · Collect quotation, ensure Comparative Statement (CS) for all purchases, negotiating prices, terms & conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.
∎ · Closely work with factories store, accounts & production department.
∎ · Any other tasks assigned by management.
