Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in Business Administration
∎ Candidates with advanced certification in Supply Chain Management, Knowledge of Six Sigma Methodologies will get a preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the development of the category strategies and lead sourcing plans and the implementation of those strategies.
∎ Contribute to team objectives such as long-term cost saving initiatives & efficiencies
∎ Design sourcing plans and delivers strategies directly or indirectly as business requires. Balances the business needs, company risk, and supply market capability to determine the optimum route to deliver maximum value
∎ Take on procurement category management responsibilities, develop an efficient and balanced supplier base, build good business relationships, and drive supplier performance by using appropriate metrics and scorecards.
∎ Resolve supplier issues and ensure appropriate supplier management
∎ Ensure that all regional procurement policies and procedures have been adhered to locally.
∎ Oversee the contracting process including administration, archiving, and post-execution.
∎ Continually innovate and develop tools and processes to automate, streamline and improve the procurement function.
∎ Conducting market survey & price analysis continually
∎ Prepare RFI/RFP/RFQ, Maintain proper CS, Track vendor performance
∎ Maintain an Optimum level of inventory in the context of business need
∎ Write-offs (Damage, Expiry) to be reduced to Zero and take initiative in a proactive manner to reduce the write-off to the minimum level possible.
∎ Monthly sharing of RM/PM/CAPEX Projection
∎ Maintain SAP on daily basis for PO, DMS, etc.
∎ Need to proactively review the Near-Expiry report with remarks specifying any threat on expiry
∎ DOI should be maintained according to the norm of category/type of RM/PM
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MIS preparation periodically (Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidates in the food industry will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge of P2P process & Inventory management
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ 2 to 3 years experience in Supply Chain/Procurement in any reputed local/foreign organization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Planning & Procurement
∎ Should have sound knowledge of SAP
Salary: Negotiable
