Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years Bachelor with Master’s degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, execution and maintain purchase department as per guidance of Senior Management
∎ To go to the market for buying the product from actual suppliers and at an exact price.
∎ To check requisition daily and buy the product as per requisition.
∎ To ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of all material as per requisition.
∎ Maintain smooth supply, delivery system for the Group.
∎ Purchase credit arrangement and payment management
∎ To keep liaison with local and foreign suppliers
∎ To work on sourcing, vendor development, conduct negotiation meeting for purchases quality materials with competitive price
∎ To finalize Procurement Plan within estimated time frame
∎ Ensure the materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered on time for production
∎ To maintain Challan and Invoice
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs
∎ Manage and control all the company's external suppliers with particular emphasis on the purchase of materials for production

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Procurement, Local Procurement, Machineries procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning
∎ The candidate must have thorough knowledge and expertise on procurement of Construction, Metal, Wood, Packing Material, paper, Electrical and Electronics items, and others relevant items used in all mega project
∎ To prepare CS after collection price offer from different suppliers of specific material.
∎ He should have sound commercial knowledge in foreign procurements & export documentations.
∎ Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office applications (Words, Excel, Access, etc.)
∎ Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
∎ Able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment
∎ Tendency to market study frequently
∎ Ability to bargain for maximum price discount
