Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University.
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Equipment, Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the purchase rules and regulation to ensure materials on time at factory site;
∎ Chose the supplier and maintain with them as per legal interaction to purchase Construction Materials;
∎ Collect quotations from different suppliers/vendors from local and as well as from foreign vendors/suppliers and prepare comparison for approval;
∎ Source suppliers/vendors and negotiate with them as per approval;
∎ Support project area for smooth supply of Construction Materials;
∎ Prepare /Issue purchase order and follow up with the Supplier for on time delivery;
∎ Liaison with respective project authorities to follow up goods/ materials delivery;
∎ Prepare construction material inventory report and maintain other documentation related to procurement of material and internal audit requirements;
∎ Maintain petty cash for daily/periodical purchase related to construction items;
∎ Prepare different types of purchase report as and when required.

∎ Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication both in written and speaking in English;
∎ Familiar in MS-Office, especially in Ex-cel and ERP Software;
∎ Willing to stay at project site.
