∎ Professional certification/diploma in Supply Chain/Procurement/Inventory Management will be considered an added advantage.

∎ Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in retail, fashion, clothing, or jewelry sector.
∎ Experience in working with local vendors, importers, and knowledge of documentation such as VAT challan, TP pricing, and MRP tagging is essential.
∎ E-commerce or outlet-based retail operations will be preferred.
∎ Female are allowed to apply.
∎ Highly Encouraged to apply minorities and indigenous peoples.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fashion & Lifestyle Retail Stores, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Merchandising Departments of retail or distribution companies.

∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and handle long working hours when required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct product research and selection, especially in clothing, imitation jewelry, and fashion accessories, based on market trends, seasonality, and customer preferences.
∎ Communicate and negotiate effectively with local and international vendors to ensure best trade prices, quality standards, and timely delivery.
∎ Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), maintain vendor documentation, and track order status regularly.
∎ Ensure accurate procurement planning and inventory management to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
∎ Work closely with the Brand, Sales, and Store Operations teams to forecast demand and finalize product assortments.
∎ Maintain a proper vendor database and ensure documentation compliance (VAT challan, TP, MRP tags, etc.).
∎ Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches by ensuring timely availability of stock.
∎ Monitor vendor performance in terms of product quality, delivery timeline, and after-sales service.
∎ Ensure all procurement transactions comply with the company’s policy and regulatory framework.
∎ Liaise with the Accounts/Finance Department for payment settlements, invoice verifications, and cost tracking.
∎ Conduct market surveys, price comparisons, and competitor analysis to support procurement decisions.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure smooth product receipt and documentation.
∎ Prepare regular reports on procurement status, cost analysis, and consumption trends for management review.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.

∎ We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive individual to join our team as Executive – Supply Chain/Procurement (Female). The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in supply chain or procurement, with a strong understanding of product selection—particularly in clothing and jewelry categories. The role requires sound knowledge of procurement processes, vendor sourcing, pricing negotiation, and order management. The candidate must also have a good sense of current fashion trends, product quality, and category-wise assortment planning to support efficient inventory and merchandising strategies.
∎ The selected individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day procurement activities, coordinating with local and international vendors, and ensuring the timely availability of quality products aligned with brand standards.
