Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
∎ Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
∎ Issuing purchase orders and managing procurement contracts.
∎ Negotiating pricing and contractual terms with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Managing supplier relationships and evaluating supplier performance.
∎ Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Operations, and Logistics, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Managing inventory levels and ensuring that adequate supplies are available to meet operational needs.
∎ Participating in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
∎ Additional duties as assigned by the superior.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years

∎ Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
