Job Context:
∎ Ensure strict adherence to GMP guideline and Quality Control of Products.
∎ Head Office: Printers Building, 5 Rajuk Avenue, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study on continuous being for searching new products, recent clinical information to develop promotional materials and to prepare appropriate plan and strategies.
∎ Prepare the Monthly Product Forecast in coordination with Sales Dept.
∎ Update Product Stock & Sales every day and share that with respective Dept. for necessary input & corrective measures
∎ Monitor the shortage of product different Store and coordinate with factory to take immediate measure for production.
∎ Monitor the availability of RM & PM to factory on time, in co-ordination with Purchase Dept. with new to ensuring smooth supply of Finished Products on time.
∎ Monitor the distribution of finished products in coordination with Factory and Distribution Dept.
∎ Develop the design of Packaging Materials & Printed Materials as or when required
∎ Allocate the promotional materials and monitor their distribution to the field forces
∎ Analyze the MO, FM & RSM Product wise Sales regularly & monthly and communicate with the field forces for the following reasons-
∎ To monitor the promotional activity of the field forces and give clear guidelines to them
∎ To uphold the image of the company to the customers
∎ To get feed-back on product and company from the customer
∎ To build rapport with key opinion leader of the assigned portfolio
∎ To observe the competitors' activities.
∎ Communicate with the stakeholders of the company and contact physically with them as or when needed
∎ Ensure all regulatory related activities regulatory through communicating & physical contacting with Drugs, BSTI, BCSIR & others
∎ Look after all activities of Consumer Products along with Veterinary Products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
