E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify customer's needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Sort shipments and dispatch products according to unique order numbers.
∎ Communicate with sellers via email/phone for any disputes and track orders.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
∎ Take ownership of each issue assigned and effectively bring it to resolution or escalation and follow up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Flawless English written capability and moderate in spoken.
∎ Must know MS EXCEl or Google Spreadsheet.
∎ Basic Computer literacy which includes emailing, website browsing, website account registration, etc.
∎ Multitasking and Fast typing ability along with the ability to properly compile the texts and phrases.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be able to work in a team or individually.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
