∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Genetics/ Biomedical Science/Pharmacy from any reputed Govt. recognized institutions.

∎ Strong understanding of various offline marketing channels and their effectiveness.
∎ Excellent event management and organizational skills.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.A

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement offline marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business goals.
∎ Plan and execute various offline marketing activities such as Organizing health camps, seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs.
∎ Overseeing the creation and distribution of brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials. Identifying and collaborating with relevant organizations, community groups, and local businesses for joint marketing efforts.
∎ Planning and executing targeted direct mail campaigns. Supporting PR activities, including press conferences and media events.
∎ Manage budgets and timelines for all offline marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely execution.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., medical staff, operations, business development) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
∎ Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Monitor competitor activities in the offline space and identify opportunities and threats.
∎ Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and identify effective offline marketing channels.
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in offline marketing within the healthcare industry.
∎ Develop and maintain B2B & B2C business.
∎ Sharing latest information and clinical information to the healthcare professionals.
∎ Visit potential doctors to buildup relationships with the Key Opinion Leader (KOL). KOL development & maintain relationship.
∎ Develop and Maintain Potential Doctor's database.
∎ To Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
