Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS)
∎ Additional certification in executive office Management course is an added advantage but not required

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Public Relation Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide protocol service of Managing Director as and when necessary
∎ Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
∎ Perform any other assignment as required by the management
∎ Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing documents and others transactions through postal/ courier services of dispatch section;
∎ Keep the official seal, business letter head, envelop etc in the locker basis of requirement of higher management
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email as per higher management directives
∎ Must have good skills on email corresponding to local and international.
∎ Takings minutes at meetings and to prepare minutes.
∎ Maintain database on different information, reports, addresses, contact nos. etc.
∎ Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
∎ Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
∎ Coordinate Managing Director and subordinate employee of company
∎ Must have Polite and professional attitude

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart and well groomed with pleasant personality
∎ Professional attitude and appearance
∎ An amiable personality.
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Solid written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
∎ Self-driven and must possess can do attitude
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ Must be very fluent in written and oral communication- both in English and Bangla
∎ Good computer literacy such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Net browsing, mobile applications, etc.
