∎ Age 23 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in all operations of the section by following procedures and Instructions.
∎ Update, prepare & follow necessary SOP/ Guidelines as per requirement.
∎ Monitoring & undertaking physical and chemical analysis of raw materials including all instrumental analysis involved.
∎ Liaise with Engineering Department for breakdown and planned maintenance of the equipment.
∎ Organize & execute monthly production as per production plan
∎ Develop and validate analytical methods in support of R&D product development.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation (records and lab notebook) for all processes, observations and results as per SOPs and test methods.
∎ Interact effectively with cross-functional teams and work closely with other departments.
∎ Continuous improvement & cost control of the plant by utilizing efficiently manpower, machinery and increasing productivity & the quality & through the motivation of the people
∎ Comply with lab SOPs, GLP, GMP, and company safety requirements.
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
